Powerload.SL at the Fruit Attraction Fair in Madrid

by Marisela Presa

An ideal scenario for Powerload.SL‘s present and future business is the participation of our CEO, Marian Adrian Seitan, in the Fruit Attraction Fair in Madrid, which will run until tomorrow, Thursday, October 2.
For Powerload, whose space is dedicated to exploring everything related to cargo transport and logistics, this fair represents a significant business opportunity. Direct contact with viable clients will enhance its projection and create new service opportunities in a sphere as important for Spain and the European Union as fruits and vegetables.
Fruit Attraction is the major event for the Spanish fruit and vegetable sector and a meeting point for operators, retailers, and professionals looking to grow their businesses, establish relationships between their companies, and transform commercial strategies in this era of rapid technological development.
Likewise, as its organizers underscore, Fruit Attraction is the ideal place where the international supply and demand for fruits and vegetables come together to open new markets and plan for new production campaigns. This meeting of specialists not only generates commercial activity but also boosts training and interaction among professionals from various spheres. Innovation and knowledge are values that this fair offers its participants.
The fruit and vegetable market in Spain is strengthened with each event of this kind, which is celebrating its seventeenth edition. At the opening of the event, the Spanish Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Food, Luis Planas, highlighted the strength and leadership of the Spanish agro-food sector, “which meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability, particularly those established by the European Union,” he stated. He added that the fair is the result of international trade based on rules that provide security and confidence to both exporters and importers.
Luis Planas also emphasized the importance of precision agriculture, research, and technology, “fundamental for facing new climate challenges and improving efficiency in the use of water and natural resources.” “Our farmers apply modern technology that is close to the land, which guarantees everyone’s food,” he added. Finally, the minister congratulated Ifema and the Spanish Federation of Associations of Producers and Exporters of Fruits, Vegetables, Flowers, and Live Plants (FEPEX) for organizing the fair.
Spain is the leading producer of fruits and vegetables in the European Union and the eighth in the world, with an annual average of over 25 million tons.
