We are in the middle of the summer and what we have seen in the map of time is really very serious.

In these days, when the temperatures are so high here in Spain, avoid driving especially in the hours in which they are generated, the peaks of heat. Whenever possible, plan your trip in the schedules more fresh, or to be, in the early morning or in the evening-night, so that you can reduce the physical activity in the hours of noon.

And something more that I won’t forget: if you notice that you have any signs of exhaustion or suffocation by the heat, something as well as dizziness, headache, nausea, muscle cramps, or if you have skin that is red, these are signs that you must take into account. In these summer months, and with such high temperatures, the carriers are those groups of workers most affected by heat waves, because they spend a large amount of time in front of the steering wheel in conditions that are extreme times.

Not only keep attention on your body, but also on your vehicle, because the heat can affect the brake system or the tire can overheat. So we suggest to keep the attention on both elements.
